For the lawsuit to proceed successfully, we need to provide the court with a record of all FFH members who are participating in the suit against Adobe. It is critical that your name is added to the list. A key piece of this is to prove that we are all legitimate users of FreeHand and other vector graphic illustration products. The list we collect requires correct information, including your license number(s).

Being on that list has no consequences for you; no money and no further action is required.

You may think: "My license number, are you kidding? I dont even know where I have it". We understand that reaction, in fact we thought the same. But this is part of a huge list of requirements the court asked for. Without it, the lawsuit can not proceed successfully. Does FreeHand deserve some minutes of your time in order to be saved? Remember, FFH fights now for two years to bring this up to court.

Basically it is enough to send just your name, city and one FH number. Anything else is very helpful too, but optional. The form has only this one page, if you have your license/purchase infos available, it takes you 5 to 10 minutes to fill it out, depending on how many software products you fill in. Purchase infos are also helpful, if you dont remember, use the price tags from the following article, or use approximates.
