Mentor-assisted training is similar to an ICE training program, but is not provided by your employer. If your company doesn`t run an ICE training program, mentor-assisted training may be the best option for you. This affordable one-day training course has been designed to help trainees understand the requirements of their training contract and effectively and confidently manage their own progress.
